At Techniconsult, we believe that the true strength of a company lies in its people and the values that guide them. That’s why we dedicated time and space to a special moment of sharing and growth: a team-building event that brought the entire company together with the goal of strengthening our corporate culture and reconnecting with the principles that inspire every strategic decision we make.
During the event, each member of the steering committee had the symbolic opportunity to “take the stage” and present a personal value they consider essential in their professional journey and daily work at Techniconsult. Seven core values emerged: leadership, experience, dialogue, trust, shared responsibility, collaboration, and innovation. Different values, yet deeply interconnected.
Each contribution added a valuable piece to a shared vision: building a strong, united organization capable of facing change with awareness.
To bring these values to life and encourage deeper reflection, we chose the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology—an innovative, hands-on approach that uses LEGO bricks to foster creative thinking, improve communication, and enhance problem-solving within teams. It’s about thinking with your hands: through the construction of metaphorical models, each participant visually represented their chosen value and shared its meaning with others, encouraging open and authentic dialogue.
These models became powerful tools for exploring abstract concepts, expressing emotions, and creating new connections among colleagues.
This team-building experience was more than just a creative exercise—it was a true cultural workshop. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® allowed us to move from theory to practice, from thought to sharing, from individual to collective. We discovered that leadership thrives on trust; that experience gains value through open dialogue; and that innovation flourishes where shared responsibility and collaboration exist.
Each value gained strength and resonance through interaction with others, highlighting the importance of a corporate culture that is actively lived and shared.
For Techniconsult, this event was not a final destination, but a meaningful milestone in a broader journey: the ongoing construction of a cohesive, conscious, and sustainably growing corporate identity.
We’ve laid new foundations—built on listening, sharing, and responsibility. And just like in LEGO models, every brick—every value, every person—is essential in shaping who we are and who we aspire to become.
