Construction of a facility comprising all TRD Laboratories and offices, in compliance with SmartLab requirements. The Smart Lab approach includes open spaces area with easy adaptability to the future requirements (flexibility) avoiding any impact to the systems and finishes (disruption).
This project includes the revamping of the existing building in order to accommodate all TRD departments for a total lab surface of 2560 sqm distributed on 4 floor levels and an expansion of this building as offices area for lab staff for a total office surface of 955 sqm.
