The facility includes three floors plus a basement and a penthouse with plan size of 1425 sqm. The entire project has been managed according to LEED protocol for obtaining GOLD certification.

The Smart Lab approach includes open spaces area with easy adaptability to the future requirements (flexibility) avoiding any impact to the systems and finishes (disruption).

This project includes the revamping of the existing building in order to accommodate all TRD departments for a total lab surface of 2560 sqm distributed on 4 floor levels and an expansion of this building as offices area for lab staff for a total office surface of 955 sqm.
